Ingredients
2 ripe Haas avocados
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons sweet onion, minced
1/2-1 jalapeno pepper, finely minced
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
2-4 tablespoons (30-60 ml) fresh-squeezed lime juice
salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mash the avocados to desired texture. You can use a fork, a potato masher, or a food processor, depending on how smooth you prefer your guacamole.
- Add all remaining ingredients, and mix to combine well.
- If not serving right away, place plastic wrap directly on the surface of guacamole and refrigerate.
