Seven-Layer Dip

Ingredients (for 8×8" pan; recipe may be doubled for 13x9x2" pan)

  • 15-ounce can refried beans

  • 1 recipe guacamole

  • 8 ounces (227 g) sour cream

  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend

  • 1/2 cup sliced olives

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Spread the beans evenly in an 8×8 inch pan.
  • Spread the guacamole evenly over the beans.
  • Spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole.
  • Sprinkle the cheese, olives, scallions, and tomatoes over the sour cream layer.
  • Serve with corn chips
