Ingredients (for 8×8" pan; recipe may be doubled for 13x9x2" pan)
15-ounce can refried beans
1 recipe guacamole
8 ounces (227 g) sour cream
1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup sliced olives
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Spread the beans evenly in an 8×8 inch pan.
- Spread the guacamole evenly over the beans.
- Spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole.
- Sprinkle the cheese, olives, scallions, and tomatoes over the sour cream layer.
- Serve with corn chips
