Ingredients
4 ounces marscapone cheese
7.5 ounces ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) cold cream
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
zest of one orange
Directions
- In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the marscaopne and ricotta cheese until well blended, about 2 minutes on medium.
- Add the sugar and vanilla, and blend until incorporated, about 2 more minutes on medium.
- In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the cream into the marscpaone/ricotta mixture.
- Gently fold the mini chocolate chips and orange zest into the mixture.
Keeps, refrigerated, for about 1 week.
