Ingredients
2 cups (480 ml) water
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
1 cup (240 ml) distilled vinegar
1 cup (240 ml) fish sauce
Sliced garlic cloves
Sliced red Thai/arbol peppers
Directions
- Place the water, sugar, and vinegar in a medium saucepan. Heat on high until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- When the solution is cool, mix in the fish sauce. This will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator
- To serve, add sliced garlic and sliced Thai/arbol peppers.
