Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 2 carrots, shredded

  • 1 cucumber, seeded, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced

  • 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 cup toasted almond slivers

  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  • Combine all salad ingredients.
  • Whisk all dressing ingredients together until well-blended.
  • Pour dressing over salad. Toss to mix well. Serve immediately
