Ricotta Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces marscapone cheese

  • 7.5 ounces ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cold cream

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • zest of one orange

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the marscaopne and ricotta cheese until well blended, about 2 minutes on medium.
  • Add the sugar and vanilla, and blend until incorporated, about 2 more minutes on medium.
  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream to stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold the cream into the marscpaone/ricotta mixture.
  • Gently fold the mini chocolate chips and orange zest into the mixture.

Keeps, refrigerated, for about 1 week.
