Directions
- Place the chopped chocolate in a heat-safe bowl
- Microwave the cream until it just starts to boil, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour the boiling cream evenly over the chocolate. Let rest 5 minutes.
- Stir to combine. The final product should be shiny and smooth.
- Refrigerate any leftovers
- To reheat, either microwave at 40% power in 20 second intervals or place in a bowl over simmering water (do not let the bowl touch the water).
