1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
2 carrots, shredded
1 cucumber, seeded, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- Dressing
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Combine all salad ingredients.
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together until well-blended.
- Pour dressing over salad. Toss to mix well. Serve immediately
