Ingredients
4 Tablespoons salted butter
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
160 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ยบ F.
- Place butter in a 9″ x 13″ pan and put the pan in the oven to melt the butter.
- While the butter is melting, beat the eggs for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth (no lumps).
- Pour the batter over the melted butter.
- Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- The pancake is done when the center is firm and the sides of the pancake have risen well above the rim of the pan.
- Cut into squares and serve with syrup, powdered sugar, or jam.
